Hi. I know there’s no way to recover deleted videos. But is there a way to know if a deletion took place? There’s a half hour in between videos that I believe an event took place, but there’s no video at all.
Hi @BlanketFort, if a video is deleted from your event history, you will be unable to see which video was deleted. If you believe you missed a motion event, it would be best to take a look at your devices motion settings to optimize notifications. You can do this under the Motion Settings > Motion Frequency settings for your device. Which Doorbell do you have?
Hi, I have the Ring Doorbell Pro. I have the motion settings set properly. I’m just confused because I have a video of UPS dropping off a package but no video of anybody picking it up - not me, not a stranger, nobody.
