Hi @jmce. You'll want to ensure you are near the Doorbell Pro at the time of setup to make sure the Ring setup network is appearing. Additionally, you can try restarting your phone or using a different phone or tablet to complete the setup. If that doesn't work, you may want to reset the Doorbell Pro by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds before attempting to complete the setup process again.
