Is there anybody that is having a problem getting alerts and in order to get alerts you need to clear your data? Which is several times a day depending on how many alerts you have. For example, I have 24 alerts therefore once it reach 24, my ring stops alerting me until I clear my data and sign back into the app, give permission to the app, and set my alert tones.
Hi @155. I have personally not heard of any neighbors running into this concern and have not experienced this myself. I would recommend removing the Ring app from your phone, restarting your phone and then reinstalling the Ring app to see if this helps you!
