We have called Ring and have had no luck in getting a return call after two days later. The additional equipment purchashed for the Ring doorbell, which would be the chime is not able to be set up. We have read the directions and tried several times but have had no luck. It is rather frustrating. Surely would like to get some help with this. It shouldn’t take all of this to get a response.
