Changing the chime on the ring doorbell

Hi

Just setup a ring doorbell. It seems i can change the chime volume at the doorbell, but not the chime itself. Please let me know how i can change it, as the default chime is not desirable.

Hi there,

Open you Ring app on your phone.

Touch on the three dashes in the top left hand corner of your screen.

A drop down menu will appear.

Touch on ‘Devices’

Scroll down to your chime and touch on it.

Now touch on ‘Audio Settings’

Touch on ‘Chime Tones’

You can now select which tone you want from a long list and test the sound at the same time.

Once you have found the tone and volume you want, touch ‘Save’

After 30 seconds or so, you new tone will be stored in your chime.
