Hi, my ring app wont allow me change my email address, any ideas?
Hi @PR2020. When following the steps as outlined in our Community post here, what step are you getting stuck at so that you cannot change the email address? We are on a slow rollout of this new feature that allows neighbors to change their email address, so it’s possible you may not have this feature quite yet!
