After some more investigation, it looks like I've been unable to view videos from 4/27 forward. Anything prior worked fine. So on 4/27 something happened to my Ring.
After a factory reset and about 30 minutes of trying to get it back on the network, my Ring now shows video and I'm able to view it in all apps. It looks like it may have updated firmware, even though before the app said it was up to date so who knows.
