Can’t subscribe second location

I have two locations with video doorbells, and can view live at both from the dashboard. I’m subscribed to Basic at one. I want to add Basic to the second location but when I go to My Plans on the web it only shows one location, the one already subscribed. I only have one account with both locations.

If you are the owner and still do not see the location on Ring.com to purchase a plan for, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
