Cant do the above, the option isnt in the video settings, I need it record longer
Hi @Gibbo55! To adjust the video recording controls, follow these instructions:
- Open your Ring App
- Tap the device you wish to adjust the video recording length for.
- Tap Device Settings.
- Tap Video Settings.
- Tap Video Recording Length.
- Tap Max Recording Length and set the control to your desired recording length.
Check out our help center article about recording length on battery powered devices, for more information. When it comes to increasing the length of a video, answering a video live, or live viewing, will allow you to stream for up to 10 minutes. I hope this helps! 
I don’t have this max recording length option. Battery operated.
