I’ve tried everything don’t know what else to do .It did say It was doing and internal update but it just want work the camera part. And it has a delay when you press the button.
Hey @RebeccaA. Which model of Doorbell do you have? It’s possible the firmware update that your Ring was downloading did not successfully install. In this case, I’d suggest performing a reset and a new setup of the Doorbell to restart the firmware update. To reset your Doorbell, you would want to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you’ll want to walk through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device. Allow about 10-15 minutes for any updates to download and install before testing out your Ring’s Live View. Let me know how that works for you!
