Hey @TC8797! It sounds like you are needing to initiate the Device Ownership change. Once you attempt your first setup of the device, the previous owner will automatically receive an email request to release ownership. If this has already been attempted more than 72 hours ago and you cannot get in contact with the seller, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, make sure to have your proof of purchase ready to submit. I hope this helps!
