Ring doorbell 2 when calling up live video has a black rectangle partially overlaying live screen. I has a picture in picture icon showing but I can not exit the picture in picture mode. How do I exit this mode so I can get my full live screen back.
Hey @AFK. Do you have a Privacy Zone enabled? Please go into the Main Menu in the Ring app > Devices > Doorbell 2 > Privacy Settings > Privacy Zones and delete any zone you may have accidentally enabled! If this is not the case, can you please share a screenshot of the Live View with this box that you see?
