Been down since Nov 30, after a Video captured a delivery person pushing the Ring Button to ring the doorbell. Since then, it has not worked I followed many experiences that people are having, and reinstalled the Doorbell multiple times. Wifi signal is great. Two other devices are working with no issues. UPDATE
Those of you that have a Peephole Ring Doorbell, and you’re not able to connect to live video, I found something that worked. The metal cable that connects the doorbell to the battery, maybe damaged. I replaced mine, and now I’m back on track, with the quality of video that I expected from Ring.
