Battery Level is unknown

If you are still having this concern with your Doorbell, I recommend removing the Doorbell from your account and then trying to re-set up the Doorbell in your Ring app. In the event that you still do not get a decent reporting on the battery level, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
