My alarm keeps changing from away to disarmed without me changing it
Hi @Sneakers1513. To clarify, do you have the Ring Alarm system or a Video Doorbell 2? Regardless, it should not be changing from Away to Disarmed unless done so manually. Do you have any Shared Users that may be disarming the system? If possible, please also share a screenshot of the Event History showing when the Mode is changed so I can take a look.
