Audio quality doorbell 2

Hi, just installed a ring doorbell 2. Video is fine, but audio is not very clever at all when using a Lenovo android tablet to 2 way talk. A lot of white noise from the tablet and very quiet audio from the bell itself. But work fine on my iPhone 6s.

Am I doing something wrong with the tablet or is it simply not compatible?

Hi @ NIJ92. Have you tried reinstalling your app on your phone or making sure it’s updated? See if this addresses the white noise concern, and I recommend playing other videos on the tablet as well to see if it’s the tablet’s speaker by any chance.
