Audio issues on iphone

I have the ring doorbell pro accessing it through my iPhone. My phone is up to date with its iOS software and my ring app is also up to date. When I attempt to speak to anyone at my door I have no audio coming through my end on the phone. The person (my wife) on the other end by the doorbell hears me fine…

Hey @SB1 ! It sounds like the Doorbells Pros microphone might be muted or app permissions may need to be accepted. Please try a live view on the Pro, click the green answer button, and ensure the speaker icon at the bottom of the screen is not muted. Otherwise, double checking the permissions for the Ring app in your phone settings, or even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, is a great next step. Yes it worked. Even though it seems like it’s the old version of the app, not the recently updated one. But that’s fine with me. Thanks a lot
