Hey @SB ! It sounds like the Doorbells Pros microphone might be muted or app permissions may need to be accepted. Please try a live view on the Pro, click the green answer button, and ensure the speaker icon at the bottom of the screen is not muted. Otherwise, double checking the permissions for the Ring app in your phone settings, or even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, is a great next step. Please let us know how this goes!
