Connection is great, battery health is great, its just super annoying trying to talk to someone and hear my voice comeback through the audio. What can I do to fix this? I have a Ring 2 Doorbell and a Samsung 7 phone. Thanks
Hey @Devero ! I would start by uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app to ensure it is up to date and integrated optimally with your mobile device. Please also ensure to disable bluetooth, vpn, or anything else that might hinder an audio/ video stream.
If the echo persists, make sure we are testing at a distance from the Ring device itself, as answering a video event too close to it can create feedback or echo. Let me know how this goes!
