Hey @Wking333! Please make sure there are not any shared users who might be answering these events. If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your mobile device and ensure operations such as Bluetooth, VPNs, and/ or hot spots are disabled while answering.
@Tayash1005 As long as your Ring device at home is connected to wifi, it will certainly communicate events to the app on your mobile device. If you are away from home without wifi for your mobile device, the app should work just as well on cellular data. I hope this helps!
