I’m not getting alerts when someone is at my door
Hi @Mac79! The first best step here will be to check your motion settings, including the motion alerts toggles and any motion schedules you may have setup. Once all settings are confirmed in the Ring app, try removing and reinstalling the app to ensure it is up to date and all permissions are accepted. I hope this helps!
