I'm experiencing the same issue - only 2 days worth of videos can be seen online and 30 days worth are available in the app (which according to the plan description I should be seeing 60 days but that's another matter)
OK, so on Chrome I see 2 days no matter how far I zoom out but on Firefox I see 12 days worth of activity on Ring.com. Still not 30 or 60 days as expected. Microsoft Edge browser also gives me only 12 days. Something is definitely broken.
I sent a message in another discussion indicating I'm having the same problem. Getting pretty frustrated because we need to see some history. On ring.com I can only see a couple of days worth of video- not the 60 days stated when I started my Pro plan. I've tried using Edge and Chrome. My subscription is not lapsed.
I am having the same issues on Chrome. Firefox seems to let me see all videos if I zoom out far enough. Also, when using the app, it would be great to not have to scroll down after each view of a video!
The online web application is not as promoted. With the 4th of July celebration there was a lot of activity that can not be seen via the app due to limitted history viewing. Currently I only see back 3-4 hours. This really limits the expansion of ring's systems for me.
