2nd Ring doorbell that has stop working

Hey @Buhlcountrygirl! If your device is not operating with a fully charged battery inserted, please try a reset on the Video Doorbell 2. This can be accomplished by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. You should see the front LED lights flashing upon a successful reset. Once completed, perform a new setup in the app.
