Hi just got my Ring Doorbell Pro setup today,
i get motion and ring notifications and a popup video window on my mac but even when activating the mic icon i can hear but not transmit to the PRO
please help.
Hey @moonlight_kid ! When clicking the speaker icon it will allow for incoming audio, but the microphone will only activate after hitting the green call button in the left corner. If this does not resolve your concern, it might be that your Mac devices app permissions for your microphone are not enabled, or your microphone/audio preferences need to be changed on the Mac.
