I cannot overide the light. When i am outside cooking i want the light to stay on. I turn it on and app tells me it will stay on until i turn it off. 1-3 minutes later it goes off. What do you have to do to get the thing to stay on?
Hi @BwoodDman. Try using a Light Group to turn your Floodlight on and off. Sometimes, if the light is in a group, but you are trying to control just the Floodlight, the Light Group settings can override what you are trying to do. If this doesn’t seem to work, try contacting our support team. They will be able to go over specific settings with you and figure out what is needed to get this light to respond normally.
