Re: floodlight cam: lights do not turn on in response to motion detection
Hey @uraberg. I'm not too sure why this is happening in relation to your motion detection recordings, but it turns on just fine when manually toggled in the app. Could you please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here? We're taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times.
