Spotlight $40 every 2 months “?”

Three spotlights linked
Lowest daylight threshold
Full brightness
Full motion sense (for distance)
One minute off
Disconnected bridge- because all the Nightmare hassles with connection issues and on and off whenever they wanted, unplug bridge after setup people, no connection or setting problems anymore..

Two dogs go bathroom and back in house once a night, new subdivision no unattended dogs

1st set of Duracell lasted month and a half

2nd set of Duracell ProCell medical batteries lasted just shy of 2 months

They’re dead right now..
Nothing in our backyard turning them on, just sod grass to the trees..

$40 battery bill every 2 months is BS

J U N K

Path lights do work great with good battery life, as long as you unplug the bridge immediately after setting them up the way you want them..

Set your stuff up and Disconnect from Ring, Forget about Alert on motion it’s not worth the harassment.. it’s like some kid is playing with the server jackn random account lights to trigger and alert your phone all the time..

Do Not purchase battery spotlight, going on once a night gives you upto 60days only, with Medical batteries you can’t buy at the stores..

Re: Spotlight $40 every 2 months “?”

Hey @Dead-Batteries. Have you been in contact with our support team about this concern? I apologize that this is what your experience has been with the devices, as this is not what we want our neighbors going through. In addition, this is not the ideal experience, as the batteries should be lasting you closer to 6-12 months. The usage of the devices can affect the battery life overall, but it still sounds like they are not lasting as long as they should. Our support team can verify this for you and work out any concerns you have to ensure you have a device that is functioning as it should.

For this support, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. We're taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 here to see how to contact support. Please feel free to come back and let us know how this goes, as your answer may help other neighbors that find themselves in a similar situation.
