Ring Bridge and other vendors

Can the Ring Bridge be used to control Zwave devices from other vendors?

In my case I have a number of Leviton smart switches that are now controlled from Ring

but other than turning the lights on/off I have no other control.

'I’d like to be able to set up scheduleds and such.

Hi @RussHasRing. The Ring Bridge is only used for our Ring Smart lights. If you’d like to control other Z-Wave devices, look at our Ring Alarm! We have a list of devices that [Work With Ring](http://Please%20give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here (https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). Yup I figured that out the hard way.

'it would be nice if Ring would expand the functionality to include other vendors.

'I’ll probably keep the bridge as I will probably add Ring lights in the future.

For now I can control the lights on/off from my Ring Alarm but it would be nice to be able to add my Leviton lights to a Ring schedule.

Thanks for your reply. I do appreciate it.

Same here, I have a motion sensor that almost works using an Alexa Routine with the Leviton switches I bought for the porch and garage lights. It would be good if they were either crystal clear on how the switches they that they list as compatible with Ring will work with the bridge and their motion sensor, or change it so it will.
