Hey @Gugu29, have you tried rebooting your Ring Bridge? Sometimes this can help refresh the connections and allow the new device to connect more seamlessly. For the reboot, simply unplug it for a few minutes and then plug it back into power. After the power has come back, try to walk through a new setup of the Pathlight (if no longer on account) or remove the device (if on account still) and then re-setup the device!
