One of my lights is within sighte on my shed about 75 to 80 feet away. My other two are in different areas outside and the return -53 and -54. My shed is always going on and off line and shows -67. WIFI is not a problem as the bridge is showing -48. I have changed the batteries on the light but it remains the same. I moved the bridge closer to the patio door and it worked great but now my other two lights go on and off line. And several times the shed light went off and on line. Can you use another bridge?
Hi @hathawayb! Thank you for sharing your experience in detail. It sounds like there may be some interferences between your Smart Lighting devices and the Bridge. While the Bridge is meant to reach far, we recommend testing the signal around the home to ensure for optimal signal zones and range.
Tough exterior walls, appliances, large electronic devices, or even solid furniture placed between the Bridge and another Smart Lighting device, can cause interference. With the Bridge remaining online, it sounds like your wifi signal is sufficient. I recommend finding a location for your Bridge that will reach both areas, or even bringing some of your Smart Lighting devices closer. I hope this helps!
