Floodlight(battery) unable to connect to Ring Bridge

Hello Ring Community,

                I purchased the Ring Floodlight(battery) and also the Ring Bridge.

Ring bridge setup was fine and shows up online on the app and has the blue light on.

I tried to setup the Floodlight and connect to the Bridge. on going through the process it says Calibrating but later says “Floodlight battery is offline at date/time” and get the message “We can’t seem to connect to your floodlight battery” . I moved the light closer to the bridge but unable to connect.

Can anybody help?

I’m having same issue. Any suggestions?

I had to power off and set the bridge once again. After doing that the flood lights connected just fine using the same options that failed earlier.

Same - talked to tech support and that did the trick.
