I have not used the stick up cam for a while. I can not get it to connect to wifi.
I have done the forced restart, restart the router, and nothing is working.
Hey @Hollywoodhanks! If your Stick Up Cam is battery powered please ensure it is fully charged before attempting reconnection. Great call on the reset, I recommend also removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, and then trying another setup.
