Hi there, I have a spotlight cam (battery) if I add a solar panel the camera gets the motion zones like the wired cams ?
My problem is when my neighbor is in is back yard the lights turn on
Hey @Kw27. Unfortunately adding a solar panel to your device will not make it operate as a Wired Spotlight Cam, as the hardware in the Battery operated device will still use the battery inside to function, unless the Wired which gets it’s power source from a plug. I recommend maybe adjusting the angle of the camera to move the PIR sensor (bulb on the bottom) from looking at their backyard.
