hi, how can I access using website the snapshots the stick camera took between motion events?
Hi @sbaben. At this time, you can only view the snapshots within the Ring App, as you cannot access Live View or view the Event History Timeline on the website. To view a snapshot, follow these instructions:
- Open your Ring App.
- Tap the device whose snapshots you wish to view.
- Review the Timeline.
- Snapshots can be moved through by scrolling through the ruler in between the events.
