How do I reset my camera to remove all infrmation so I can transfer ownership

Hey @Rperel1944. To fully remove a device from you account, please go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Device to remove > Device Settings > General Settings > Remove this Device. This should remove it from your account so that you can transfer ownership.
