Hey @Lswilson. Is it possible that you have two locations? If you have two locations, you will need to move the Camera over to the proper location in order to see them all in one place. You can see this if you go into your Ring app > Main Menu > Above Dashboard where you see the Location name, tap that, and if you see multiple locations, even with the same name, you will know you have a duplicate location.

To move over any camera to another location, simply go to the location you have a device on > Main Menu > Devices > Camera to move > Device Settings > General Settings > Location > Tap the location to move it to and hit save at the top right. Hope this helps!
