cam no work

when I charge my Ring battery and place it back in the camera, it gives the red indicator underneath the battery housing. I’ve tried both battery housings and still the same issue.

Hi @cameron1! Is this for a battery powered Spotlight Camera? After charging the battery for several hours, using the micro USB and a standard outlet, your battery should be fully charged. Please ensure there is not any debris in the battery slot, and that the hatch is closed securely.

If there is not a response from your Spotlight Camera, or it does not reconnect to the network, try holding the setup button for 20 seconds to perform a reset. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
