I have a spotlight webcam that first started to show a green screen then shortly after the motion sensor on the device started to show weird colors. It has since went offline and is unreachable. I have power cycled in and removed/reconnected with no change.
How do I find out if it still under warranty and if it is, what is the process for replacement?
