Videos not available due to 'error'

Yesterday we had a theft so tried to look back on the recorded videos. Our trial had expired so we signed up for a subscription. However, none of the videos recorded prior to subscribing are available due to an ‘error’.

Has anyone else had this problem?

It’s not a problem that’s how it’s designed. You let your trial expire without carrying on immediately with a subscription so previous videos are deleted
