We have been having issues with a neighbors dog who barks all hours of the day and night and this isn’t for just a minutes but can go on nonstop for 2-3 hours. I have been requested by Animal Control to maintain copies of these events and not sure the best way to accomplish this other than share them to an email address?
Hey @Carl2860. If you need to save any of your Ring videos, you will need to first find the event you would like to save. I recommend going through all your events to save and then “starring” the event so that it’s easy to locate. From there, read our Ring Help Center Article here for more information on how to download the videos. You can then email over those saved videos and be all set.
