My Stick up cam wired failed it’s connection 5 days ago and all attempts to contact suppourt have fail. But the dunned me for another $107. I am considering filing a BBB complaint and contacting me CC company to stop charges.
This is poor when I cannot talk to anyone after their product fail. I have 3 rings and the other ow are ok so far. I moved my router ten feet away and the Ring can’t find it. Thinking the ir unit crapped out but won’t be buying another
