I can’t get a flashing light.
First set up it said there were wifi problems so I tried setting it up with Ethernet cable but I can not get the flashing blue light. Tried again with wifi same problem.
Hi @Conniem! I recommend trying the setup on another power outlet in the home to ensure power is sufficient for setup. If you are unable to complete a setup in the Ring app using the ethernet connected method, please remove and reinstall the application on your mobile device. If this concern persists, try resetting the Camera by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. I hope this helps!
