I just installed the stick up battery cam with the solar panel. I noticed that I was not getting any notifications today, and could not go to a live view. I restarted phone and app with no luck. Uninstalling and reinstalled the app. Now it shows the ring doorbell view, but now it just shows a stock photo of the stick up cam. I can not load live video and not getting notifications. Any suggestions?
Hi @Stephenhowe439! Thank you for including that picture example. This is usually an indicator that the Camera is offline, or live view is not enabled for the device.
I recommend completing a new setup in the Ring app for this device. Once successfully connected, please check all device settings including video settings, to ensure all desired features are enabled. I hope this helps!
