Hi, just bought 2 stick up cameras battery operated, the firmware is showing as 1.4.15200 and neither show any signs of updating although i believe firmware is now 2. something. The cameras are working fine, just wondering why they are not updating and if the latest firmware has anything im missing ?
Hi @DavidN. Firmwares for the devices will update when the device is ready to take said firmware. Until then, you may see that it is not on the same firmware as another device. If your device ever starts to have performance concerns, you can reach out to our support team here for them to take a look into your device and see if it needs to have the firmware manually updated in order to restore functionality!
