Stick up Cam Stuck in firmware update

The other day my Stick Up can stopped working so I tried reconnecting it. Every time I try to reconnect it, it gets stuck in the firmware update phase. I’ve done several hard resets. The camera appears in my tiles of cameras and my Alexa acknowledge it was added but it never actually comes online.

It sounds like you’ve already accomplished good troubleshooting ideas, especially the Hard Resets, and I’m sure you have tried removing the power-source for a minute or so and then did one of your Hard Resets, so it looks like it is time to telephone Ring Support for help:
