Hi @DustinOKC. What happens when you attempt to load the Live View? It’s possible you have some restrictions on your router that are not allowing the device to connect to the live streaming in a stable fashion. If you can, please check out our Ring Help Center Article here for more information on the ports and protocols needed for the Ring devices to connect, and once making sure these are all good to go on the router’s side, try loading the Live View again!
