Spotlight camera

I replaced my battery on my spotlight camera, because it was low , I put a charge battery, but still shows on my app that the battery is low. Also since I replaced the battery I’m unable to connect now. My WiFi was ok before and now it show a weak WiFi . Need help thanks

Try pressing the setup button, waiting a moment, and then pressing it again. This will initiate a reconnection, as should adding a charged battery. It’s also best to ensure there is no debris in the battery slot and that the hatch door is closed securely. The battery level should update in the app, but this is certainly dependent on wifi connection. If connection concerns persist, I recommend checking the network is operating sufficiently.
