Spotlight cam audio problem

Setup and installed our spotlight cam. It’s about 8 feet high and 6 feet from the front door. Sent my wife outside to test it and she could hear me fine but I couldn’t hear her talk. Any help much appreciated.

Hey @Herose40342. When in the Live View, did you ensure that the speaker icon is not muted? You will need to ensure that it is not muted, that you do not have any Bluetooth devices connected that are taking over the audio output, and that the volume on your phone is up. If you've checked all of this to no avail, please reset the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds and then going into the Device Health section and tapping on Change or Reconnect to Wifi Network. From here, it'll take you through another setup to refresh the connection. After this reconnect, check the Live View with your wife and let me know if you can hear her this time! Smiley Happy
