Spotlight Camera not showing up in account anymore

I switch to a new phone and downloaded the Ring app. Thought if I signed in with my account my camera would show up. It doesn’t.
So when I try to install the camera into my new phone account it says I can’t because it is already registered.
So I cannot remove it and start over because it isn’t showing in my account.
My camera is in camera limbo.

Try logging into ring.com and doing it there

Hi @tmgrood! Although you have a new phone, this should not change your Ring account status. As it sounds like you are logging in using the same credentials as your original account, as long as your devices are setup/ online, they should appear there. Did @ChrisJohn’s suggestion work for you? Your devices will always be on your account, unless manually removed from the Ring app by yourself. Let us know if they appeared on the website for you! :slight_smile:
