Spotlight Cam won't reset (no flashing light)

Hi there,

I’ve got a Spotlight Cam that is kind of acting “dead” and I’m not sure what’s up with it. I have two fully charged batteries that I’ve put in the camera, and there is a red glowing light next to each battery. I close the battery hatch, press the button on the top of the camera, and the bottom light on the camera doesn’t glow at all. I’ve followed the instructions to press the top button for 20 seconds and try setup all over again, but I never get any activity out of the bottom light.

Any thoughts on other things I can try?
